Now add media to a retweet- App Becomes More Interesting

It is a small edition but Twitter revealed that it was very difficult to design as they wanted it to be more appropriate. While telling about this new addition to the app, a spokesperson from Twitter said that:  “We found it was challenging for people to quickly understand all the content in a Retweet with media. This was due to the layout; two large tweets stacked on top of each other. To solve for that, Twitter puts the original tweet in a smaller, indented box (with the user’s avatar still visible), and it makes your own media full width.

Waiting for the day we can retweet with GIF comments. — T A N I Y A ♡ (@KaleshQueen) January 14, 2019 Twitter has tried to make sure that the media attached to the retweet doesn’t look overwhelming. So they have incorporated original tweet including the author’s avatar, inside a smaller box. This allows the image, video or GIF you’ve added to your retweet to appear in full size. Previously, Twitter had announced that its Hide reply feature is also in process and will be launched in June. Click here to know more details about it.
